Rental– Application Information –
Service Introduction
This is a rental service for people who want to use an electric wheelchair for a short period of time, such as when traveling or immediately after being discharged from the hospital.
Anyone can rent a wheelchair as it does not use the nursing care insurance system.
A plan fee will be applied according to the customer’s period of use. It can be used for as little as one day.
Service Area
The product will be shipped by courier, so it can be used by anyone living anywhere
(Excluding Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands) .
Rental Process

1Application
- Please apply using the “Apply form for a Rental” button on the left side of the screen.
Please submit your identification documents within three days of applying, either by upload, mail, or fax.

2Reservation Confirmation
- You will receive an email from us confirming your booking.

3Payment Methods
- The payment URL is included in the body of the reservation confirmation email, so please enter the necessary information to complete the payment.

4Product Arrival
- A special reusable bag will be used for delivery of your item.

5How to Use
- Please refer to the manual and install some parts before use.

6How To Return
- Make sure to pack the product in the same way it arrived and return it using the enclosed return shipping label.
