〇Rental period
Start date：The date on which you start using the product.
End date：The date you end using the product (the date you return it)
〇About extending the rental period.
- ・Please call us at least three days before the scheduled return date.
- ・Before the extension procedure, please ensure that you pay the extension fee at least one business day before the scheduled return date.
If you do not return the item by the scheduled return date without contacting us in advance, a late fee (extension fee x number of days late x 1.5) will be charged.

〇Fees to be paid at the time of rental
Rental fee + Round-trip shipping fee + Security deposit (50,000 yen)
※The security deposit will be refunded when the product is returned.
(If the product is found to be damaged, the repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.)
〇Compensation
All rental electric wheelchairs are insured.

- ・Self-payment in case of loss or theft (up to 50% of the list price) → 0 yen
